Description

The wine of Valtènesi par excellence produced from the Groppello vine which owes its name to the distinctive characteristic of the bunch of grapes whose berries are tight like a knot. In our case the grapes come from certified organic farming. The persistent tannin, the marked freshness and the intense floral and fruity aromas make it a wine of great drinkability and versatility in pairing.

Sensory Features:

Bright intense red color, with light purple hues, which turn to garnet with aging. Fruity (raspberry and strawberry) and floral (red roses) aromas, with spicy notes (cloves) in the background. Simple on the palate but of great elegance.
