Description

Superior category "light fruity" oil obtained directly from olives from organic farming and solely by mechanical means. Its delicate and precious characteristics make it an oil of great balance and extraordinary combination with dishes of various kinds.

Ciclo continuo con estrazione per centrifugazione con decanter a due fasi, filtrazione leggera a cartone e stoccaggio in tank con atmosfera controllata ad azoto

Sensory Features:

Upon visual examination it appears light yellow with evident green notes. The nose is fruity with intense notes of artichoke determined by the strong presence of the Leccino cultivar. On the palate, an initial sensation of sweetness prevails immediately followed by delicate bitter and spicy notes.
