Description

This wine is the unique product of the morainic hills of Lake Garda that benefits from ideal exposure, adequate ventilation and organic viticulture techniques. With its intense aromas, its exceptional freshness and flavor evokes unmistakable images of the lake territory in the mind.

Sensory Features:

The color is intense straw yellow with greenish hues.
On the nose it shows intense floral and fruity sensations of white peach, golden apple and pear. On the palate it has an excellent balance between freshness, flavor and the characteristics of softness.

Pairings:

With first courses based on fish, both with pasta and risotto, and second courses always based on fish. For the local tradition it is to be tried with pike, perch or whitefish. Pleasant to combine with tasty fish soups.
